Dr Michael Miros MB BS (1st Class Hons.Qld) FRACP

 

Dr Miros graduated from the University of Queensland with first class honours in 1982. He went on to complete his physician and gastroenterology training in Brisbane, before working in the Liver Transplant unit at Kings College Hospital in London.

Dr Miros' current interests are Barrett's Oesophagus, Gastric Intestinal Metaplasia and the use of High Magnification Zoom Endoscopy as well as the use of Chromocolonoscopy in the early detection of flat polyps.

Dr Miros' current practice is limited to Upper Endoscopy, Zoom Endoscopy, Colonoscopy, Endoscopic Mucosal Resection and Therapeutic Endoscopy. He consults from and undertakes procedures at Brisbane Endoscopy Services at Sunnybank and Southside Endoscopy Centre at Loganholme.

Dr Miros is currently the Chairman for Brisbane Endoscopy Services.
