Dr Neville Sandford BSc (Med) MB BS (1st Class Hons) FRACP AGAF

 

After graduating from the University of Queensland in 1976, Dr Sandford completed his residency and physician training in Hobart before returning to Queensland to specialise in Gastroenterology at the Royal Brisbane Hospital.

He also spent two years in Los Angeles doing a Hepatology fellowship prior to becoming a visiting Gastroenterologist at Princess Alexandra Hospital in 1986. There he helped established the hepatitis management clinic and to this day still remains a Consultant in gastroenterology and hepatology at Princess Alexandra Hospital.

Dr Sandford has been on the executive of the Gastro Enterology Society of Queensland for 15 years and is a past president of this Society.

Dr Sandford consults from the Brisbane Clinic, Wickham Terrace and North West Private Hospital and undertakes procedures at Chermside Day Hospital, Brisbane Endoscopy Services at Sunnybank, Wesley and North West Private Hospitals.
