Justine Whelan is current General Manager for GastroIntestinal Endoscopy and joined the group in November 2011. Justine is responsible for the day-to-day operational, strategic and financial management of both entities.

Amanda Kim holds the position as Nurse Unit Manager and Operations Manager at Brisbane Endoscopy Services. Anne Lavender holds the position of Administration Manager for GastroIntestinal Endoscopy (GIE) and Brisbane Endoscopy Services (BES). Both Anne and Amanda have vast experience in their respective fields and have developed core policies and procedures which have assisted in the establishment of gastrointestinal quality systems across BES and the GIE sites. Amanda and Anne provide valuable and efficient support to the Gastroenterologists and their respective clinical and administrative team members.
Chermside Day Hospital

Susan MacSween is the Administration Team Leader at GastroIntestinal Endoscopy (GIE) - Chermside. GIE commenced services simultaneous to the opening of Chermside Day Hospital, in September 2008. Sue, Allison, Rebecca, Sharon and the GIE Prep kit nursing staff, Trish, Beth and Anne, work collaboratively in offering a comprehensive Open Access service to patients and their referrers within our community.
North West Private Hospital

Maxine Bines is the GIE Administration Team Leader at the North West Private Hospital. Maxine is actively supported by Stacey, Vanessa, Beth, Sue and Anne in delivering a seamless patient care experience in the newly renovated day surgery and endoscopy facility. The GIE administration team provides a very efficient and friendly service for the Gastroenterologists, the patients and their families as well as ably assisting the local referring medical community. There is a long standing history of local GP support which is very much appreciated by the Gastroenterologists and North West Private Hospital. Our Gastroenterologists believe this support is very much the result of the hard work, attention to detail and friendliness provided by Maxine and the team.
Wesley Private Hospital
GIE Administration staff
Jacqui Jones is the GIE Administration Team Leader and Boh is the Administration Officer at the new Day Surgery and Endoscopy Unit located in the East wing of the Wesley Private Hospital. Jacqui is extremely adaptable and enthusiastic about patient care and continues to be thorough in educating staff to enable them to reach their full potential. Jacqui and Boh possess a wealth of knowledge provide an extremely efficient and pleasurable service, this is reflected in the care and attention provided to all patients and staff. The Wesley Private Hospital GIE Administration team is also keenly involved in the production of the GIE newsletter, 'The Insider' and the development of further GP education evenings.
St Andrew's Memorial War Hospital

The GIE Open Access service has only recently commenced within the Endoscopy Unit at St Andrew's and Stacey Melville is the GIE Administrative Team Leader there. Stacey is supported by Allison and Rebecca at St Andrew's and for our pre admission interviews by the prep kit nurse, Trish.
GIE Business Liaison Officer
Danielle Talbot who joined GIE in January 2012 as the Business Liaison Officer is responsible for coordinating all our promotional activities and liaising with our referring practitioners.
